Roles & Responsibilities
• Pre-sales activities, full cycle project implementation as well as support and enhancement projects.
• Analyzing business processes and providing solutions using SAP B1 software.
• Gathering customer requirements and conducting gap analysis.
• Performing system configuration, installation, data migration and testing.
• Conducting user training and support activities.
• Coordinating with Technical Manager on solution design, programming and validation.
• Traveling domestically to customer sites minimum of 3 full-cycles or an ERP implementation project.
Experience and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
