Roles & Responsibilities

Leading, training and guiding a team of interns.
• Develop and implement sales and business development plans to achieve company
objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and networking
• Ensuring good client relationships, understanding their requirements and ensuring
customer satisfaction.
• Should be an achiever.
• Document and provide reports on sales performance and stay abreast with the changes
and new requirements in the industry.

Experience and Skills Required

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in Sales &/or Business Development or in a similar role.

• Candidate must have good communication skills

• Candidate with basic IT knowledge, digital marketing etc would be preferred.

• Should have the ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Must have good understanding of current industry or sector trends and dynamics.

• Must be a team player

• Must be ready to travel within Mumbai.
