Proposal Preparation and Decision-Making:
Prepare techno-commercial proposals with a keen understanding of various decision-making criteria. Work efficiently under strict deadlines to meet client requirements.
Software Licensing Solutions:
Propose and articulate software licensing solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients. Stay updated on the latest software products and promote new offerings to customers.
Strategic Planning and Relationship Building:
Grasp and implement concepts such as strategic planning, buying behaviour, leadership qualities, and organizational behaviour to build sustainable relationships with both IT and business users.
Achieve Business Targets:
Ensure that quarterly and annual business targets are not only met but exceeded. Contribute to and execute sales strategy sessions for regional accounts.
Account Management:
Build strategic relationships with assigned accounts, identifying key stakeholders and driving the execution of account plans within the assigned region.
Financial Management:
Demonstrate an understanding of financial metrics and their impact on business outcomes.
Customer Focus and Results Orientation:
Maintain a customer-focused and results-oriented approach in all Technical activities. Ensure customer satisfaction and seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Key Account Handling:
Demonstrate the ability to handle key accounts effectively.
