Roles & Responsibilities
• Requirements gathering and the identification and analysis of gaps between SAP Business One
and the client’s current business processes.
• Working on implementation projects, functionality enhancements to existing systems and
upgrade projects
• Data migration and report writing
• Add On development.
• Consultation with the customer on how to effectively manage the changes required when
implementing SAP Business One
• Becoming a trusted advisor and consultant to our established customer base
• Gaining and maintaining a very high level of technical knowledge of SAP Business One and other
related technologies.
• Helping the support team in the resolution of escalated customer issues in a timely manner.
Experience and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent written, spoken and listening communication skills.
MVC .Net knowledge would be preferred.
Project and time management skills with a successful and demonstrable track record
The ability to learn new ideas and skills with speed and confidence.
Self-motivation to work independently when required and driven to achieve set tasks in timely manner.
