Roles & Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and processes aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• On time Recruitments, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
• Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance review and safety.
• Preparing Target sheets for Sales Employees.
• Prepare Performance Matrix.
• Having monthly Performance review
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintaining department records and reports.
• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.
• Proactively maintaining the work culture and discipline.
• Onboarding of New joiners.
• Induction and new employee training.
• Sending Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report.
• Ensuring Certifications of the Technical and Cloud team.
• Coordinating and Meeting the College Placement officers for Campus recruitment for freshers.
• Maintaining attendance of Onsite engineers placed at client location and sending replacement as per their leaves.
Experience and Skills Required
Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.
People oriented and results driven.
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Basic knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Good communication skill, Team player, go getter.
